Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect as little as possible. We store your email (if you join the waitlist), your Etsy connection token, and the product costs you type in. We do not store your shop's orders or financials — they are read from Etsy's API each time you open your dashboard, then discarded. We never request or process your buyers' personal data.
What we collect and why

That's the whole list. Shop orders, payments and fees are read live from Etsy's official API with read-only scopes (transactions_r, shops_r, listings_r) and are not persisted on our servers.
What we deliberately do NOT collect
Your buyers' personal data (we never request the buyer email scope), your Etsy password (login happens on etsy.com; we only receive a token), and tracking cookies (our analytics is cookie-free and anonymous).
Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete everything, or revoke our Etsy access yourself at any time (Etsy → Account settings → Security → Connected apps). For access or deletion requests, email hello@sellerprofitlens.com — we respond within 30 days, usually much faster. Deletion removes your email, token and cost entries permanently.
Cookies
We set exactly one cookie: an essential, httpOnly session identifier (spl_uid) that keeps your Etsy connection tied to your browser. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking or advertising. Our analytics (Vercel Analytics) is cookie-free and anonymous. Because we use no non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required — there is simply nothing to consent to.
Where data is processed
Hosting and database run on Vercel and Neon infrastructure (United States / European Union); transactional emails are sent through Resend. By using the service you consent to your data (as listed above) being processed there. We don't sell or share your data with anyone; no third-party advertising or tracking is involved.
